Seller reviewCloe and her mother Mary went out of their way to help me understand the financial parts of this realty deal as well as how to reach a realistic sales price(we all think our homes are worth more than the market). The sale was extraordinarily fast due to their marketing plan. To work with me one has to be patient..I am a perfectionist, Cloe and Mary were sincere and patient and a joy to work with. The Condo association does not permit yard signs....nonetheless my condo sold exceptionally fast. The receptionist always served me in a professional and appropriately friendly ,manner. The office is tastefully decorated and right in the center of downtown McCall. Cloe and Mary Nuchols are true "locals" who have contributed to the betterment of the McCal community in a multitude of ways. They know McCall and love McCall.
