Cole got our $660k home listed and SOLD in 20 days. He is a great communicator, and as someone with a professional sales background, I was impressed with how he negotiated offers from Buyers agents. Especially in a "buyers market" here in the summer of 2025, you would not have known that with how well Cole handled our transaction.
