Seller reviewI initially called Colleen because she lives in the same neighborhood as the house I needed to sell. Once I met her, I did not consider talking to any other agents. Colleen is very professional and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She is also very friendly and personable, a pleasure to work with. Colleen kept me informed of showings and feedback from other agents and made appropriate recommendations. The house was vacant while it was on the market (I live in a different state) and Colleen checked on the house frequently to make sure everything was in good order. She also went to the house whenever anyone was working there (minor repairs, pest control, etc.) to provide oversight in my absence. In addition, she made excellent recommendations on selling and donating various items. Colleen truly went above and beyond to make the sale as easy as possible for me.
