Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I was quite apprehensive of the whole process but that was quickly put to ease working with Collin. He made a significant investment of time to understand what I was looking for and provided fantastic anecdotes from his experience to help define the search. From there he arranged a great array of properties and once we found the one his project management skills took over. I was extremely impressed at his willingness to educate me on the process and his ability to maintain timelines, both his own and those of everyone involved. All in all it was a stressful process made enjoyable by Collin's hardwork, expertise in the area, and seemingly endless network that ensured everthing ran smoothly. He's a credit to his team and I can't say enough about him and would highly recommend working with him in your search for a home.
-
Buyer reviewCollin helped me buy my first home. He took the time to educate me during the process as well as inform me of the Boston marketplace. He was an excellent communicator and it was very easy to reach him as I was overseas during most of the buying process. I would recommend Collin to any of my family and friends!
-
Seller reviewThe service provided by Collin Bray surpassed any other realtor that I dealt with in the past. He helped me with every aspect from preparing the property for sale to closing on the property. I do not live in the area and not once did I need to travel to the Boston area for any reason. It was a trouble-free experience thanks to Collin.
-
Buyer reviewCollin was everything we needed in a broker for our first home purchase. He's very knowledgeable about the market and the process, he was patient with us as we learned along the way, and he was able to negotiate a fair price for us. Best of all, he does a great job as an adviser, helping us stay focused and make good decisions when things got stressful and/or emotional. We are extremely happy with the house Collin got us into and would look forward to working with him again.
-
Buyer reviewCollin was very knowledgable and professional. Two of the most important qualities we look for when dealing with an agent.
-
Buyer reviewCollin was attentive and proactive from the start, helping me to define in which neighborhoods I was looking, and giving good advice on cost and value. Collin focused on the properties which were right for me, both in terms of specifications and aesthetic. He only asked me to see properties which were in range, and I felt confident he was highlighting the best places on the market. When it came down to making an offer Collin really excelled, showing his knowledge of the market, and helping me to find a good price point. In subsequent negotiations, Collin was very supportive, and I feel he played a large part in my winning bid. I would recommend Collin to anyone looking for a place in Boston.
