Seller reviewI appreciate everything Cris Markey did and I owe him a lot. When we started the process I was in the military. Had I foreclosed, it would have impacted my security clearance. Cris advised me a short sell was the best way to go. He was right! No more house, credit looks lot better with short sell vs foreclosure, and I just feel overall happy about the whole process and how encouraging and knowledgeable he was in the whole process. He told me it could be a long process but as long as we did everything that we could control then we should be good. It took 2 years but it's done due to Cris Markey! I would use him again without question. Please reward Cris with whatever awards your company uses for great customer service and satisfaction!
