His attention to detail and ability to find a buyer has been above expectations and I would refer him to anyone of my friends or business associates. He is truly an asset to our business in selling properties. Curt found a buyer within weeks for our house. The contract fell through because of the buying agents lack of communication. Immediately after knowing this Curt was quick to remarket the house by going back to previous buyers. We got multiple offers within days.
