Buyer reviewBuying a forever home was highly stressful and frightening. Cynthia Sousa gave me all the information I needed to do it correctly with friendly and professional support. She was understanding about the things I needed, the things I wanted, and the things that would be nice in a new home. She sent me all kinds of listings to help me solidify my ideal home in my mind. She has become a real friend throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone who has huge misgivings about using a realtor to buy a home.

She was understanding about the fact that I had to deal with everything alone and gave me all the help I needed and then some. She has become a real friend throughout the process. She walked us through every step and made it that much easier to navigate as we had two transactions to complete! Cindy was always easy to speak to and very knowledgeable about the process. She kept us informed and became a shoulder to lean on when making tough decisions. When it came to selling, Cindy had a huge open house with many people who came and went. Her and her partner were both there to give us peace of mind with people in our home. She then proceeded to call everyone who signed in at the open house to make sure we got all offers in to make a decision. Thank you Cindy for making everything so easy to navigate and going above and beyond to get us into our forever home!
