Seller reviewDana provided us with the guidance we needed from the very beginning. She kept us updated on all aspects of what to expect and what was potential buyers feedback. She explained the paperwork and the parts where we had additional questions. She actually brought us two buyers and when the first buyer opted out (they decided to move out of state), she brought another buyer who turned out to be perfect. She helped us with all the inspections and getting bids and getting all of it finalized and done. We could not have done it without her excellent help and knowledge. She made it easy for us!!!

Buyer reviewAs soon as I contacted her about my interest on finding a house she jumped into action. She sent me many listing after I told her what I was looking for. When we found the houses I liked she got us set to view the house very fast. And she answered any questions or concerns I had.
