Dana truly went above and beyond in getting our parents' home sold. From finding us the perfect people to do an estate sale, to someone to take some furniture out, and every aspect from start to finish, she was truly amazing. She was always in contact with us and exceptionally sensitive - having lost both of our parents in such a short period of time and then faced with selling our childhood home, Dana really made this heavy situation feel easier to handle. She worked tirelessly and put forth herculean efforts to see the sale completed. She guided us through every step throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions we had, whether by phone or email. Her advice was always welcome and professional, and she made sure we were doing what was best for ourselves and the estate. I sincerely do not know what we would have done without her during this process. We feel very lucky to have found Dana and have her as the agent for the selling of our parents' home. Dana was so helpful, so kind and sweet. She understood everything that I was looking for and more. She was patient and and didnt make it apprehensive at all. She was great! She was very knowledgeable of the areas, found her on Zillow, and now my family want her as their agent too! She will be part of our family now!

Dana Smith is awesome. Whenever I need to sell or buy again I am going right back to her. She knew what I wanted in a house and found me exactly that! She really went above and beyond with every part of this purchase. She is also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I think it's also important to note that I am a 23 year old female buying it alone, so the process was not something I've done before; however, I felt extremely comfortable the entire time thanks to Dana. I had a lot of questions but she was very patient with me and explained everything (sometimes I needed things explained multiple times when I had trouble understanding lol). If you want a caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable person, Dana is your girl!! Dana made my first home purchase easy, quick, and fun. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family who want a home!!!
