Seller reviewI had a very good experiance while selling my townhouse and purchasing a single family home at the same time. My agent Daniel Jorudd was instrumental in every aspect of our process. Daniel was very helpful and offered a lot of feedback on possible repairs and upgrades that may be possible. We sold and bought within a six week period and were able to close on both properties on the same day. Daniel is very knowledgable and experienced with his past history in house building, it was a pleasure to work with and learn from his advice on some improvements we can do on our house.
