Dan was nothing short of a miracle maker. My wife and I have demanding work schedule and was worried we would have limited time to look for our first home. Dan made a promise that he would be flexible and available whenever we wanted to go look at a house, had questions on the process, or needed a 3rd party opinion when we were torn on a decision. Dan really took the time to walk us through each step of the process. I could tell that he was really fighting for us. Between keeping our lawyers on top of the timeline and making sure our lenders had every piece of documentation we were so thankful for him. The sellers team including their real estate agent and their attorney also commented via email how thankful they were to have Dan facilitating and being involved throughout everything. We couldn't have asked for more. Many friends were going through the same process at the same time and were constantly complaining about their agent. We were fully comfortable and confident that we would make a solid decision with Dan on our side. Dan was very market savvy which was so clutch when we were making our final decisions. He did so much research on the areas we were interested in and comps in the area. His negotiation skills were very helpful in the final offer decisions and all the predictions he had on how sellers would respond were spot on!!!!
