Seller reviewIf one were to describe a nearly perfect realtor, David Bradshaw would fit the bill. For those looking to sell or buy, especially in the Greens (Seven Oaks), David Bradshaw is without question, the go-to realtor. As out-of-town sellers, we didn't expect so many issues, ranging from unforeseen mold to roof repairs. What seemed like a prolonged process of putting the house on the market turned into a swift 32-day cash sale, all thanks to David. David was outstanding. He proactively sought bids for all our required repairs, coordinated meetings, and significantly reduced our costs by finding the most skilled repair professionals who also offered fair prices. The individuals he employed on our behalf were trustworthy, effective, and offered services way below the prices we expected. The time (and stress) he saved us is immeasurable. It was a very tough market but we found a great house in the exact neighborhood I wanted to be in. Very happy to have worked with David. David is amazing!
