David Grego and I never met. I lived on the West Coast of Florida. He took on the listing of a building that wasn't going to be an easy sale and still not ready for occupation. Honest, Hardworking, Kind and Patient. He gave it all he had and never gave up. Was always there to figure out the next thing. He kept me updated on all progress-Always. Trust!! Absolutely and without Fail. He is One Good person and I am thankful for meeting him. I will refer him to the People I Love.

David Grego is an excellent Realtor. I have purchased many homes over the years, but this was my first Land purchase; I was inexperienced and anxious about buying agricultural land. Dave walked me through the process and basically held my hand throughout the deal. Just wanted to say i got disabled 3 years ago and very few people get a good review because they are rude and try to take advantage of me. I moved here from the west coast of Florida and have bought 2 properties. i wish that i would have found David Grego back then probably would have got better deals. But i know who to contact now if i want to do more properties. I give him 100 percent for all he did to make this a easy sale. So all i can say if you don't use David Grego for your realtor needs your missing out on a nice person to work with.
