Seller reviewDavids reputation was well known to me and we didn't hesitate at all in selecting hime as our broker for what we knew might be a challenging sale. I have dealt with other real estate agents in the past and none of them would have gone the extra mile like David did to get this house sold. From negotiating with the sellers, contractors, obtaining necessary permits, guiding us step by step every day and even obtaining the necessary smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and installing them for us, no one but David could have gotten this house sold as quickly as David did!! We will always be grateful to David for his hard work. Century 21 is well known but David was selected because if his long standing reputation in the community !! Century 21 is lucky to have him on their team !
