David did a wonderful job in pulling and keeping this deal together. He went out of his way to accommodate me as I am and investor and live 1 1/2 hours away. He took care of all of the footwork and suggested local contractors to help with repairs. I hope to work with David in the future. David was very professional, pleasant and accommodating. He had to pull both sides of the closing attorneys together to get this deal completed in a timely manor. I will work with his recommended closer in the future. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet David in person but I'm sure our paths will cross again as I plan on continuing our relationship when buying other properties in his district.

Another agent at Century 21 heard that David Steele was going to list our property and within a week or two (I think) I had someone interested in seeing the property. I had stuff everywhere in the house trying to go through my father's things. David said the interested party understood I was in the process of clearing out my father's house and he would recommend that we let them see it. The day after the couple walked through the house, I got an offer from them. It was amazing. I never had a sign in the yard. No Open House. It sold before it could even hit the market. I had planned on meeting with 3 realtors and then making a decision on who I would choose. I have had a bad experience with an agent before and wanted to avoid that situation again. For me to have chosen to go with David Steele and Century 21 without meeting with other agents speaks volumes. I just can't say enough good things about David Steele. One day i was having problems trying to figure out how to get rid of the old mattresses in the house. David stopped by and I happened to mention it to him. He told me not to worry about it because he could haul them to the dump in his truck and he did. He gave me advice on what to do to get ready for the inspections. He gave me names of people I could contact for pest inspection, repair work on the deck, etc. In one case he said he would contact the person for me. Every time this happened, we got excellent service and reasonable priced bills. I am a hands-on, want to know everything kind of person and David made me feel comfortable, relaxed and informed throughout the entire process. He never batted an eye when I questioned him. As I said before, I just cannot say enough positive things about him. I'd recommend him to anyone! My attorney was right. He is an impressive guy who can list and get a house sold quickly. David Steele deserves an award. He's a hard working, honest person that gets results. That's the name of the game and he nailed it.
