Seller reviewDavid is beyond knowledgeable and communicates it clearly and concisely. His negotiating skill resulted in offers over asking price within a week of showings beginning and he negotiated them brilliantly to help me pick the right one, at a profit over what he promised and with essentially no fuss for me at all.
