A Little About Dawn…
Associate Broker Dawn M. Barclay, GRI joins Century 21 Full Service Realty with 25 years of "Selling the Unsold Home" under her belt. She specializes in working with sellers who were unable to sell on their own or through less experienced Realtors. She created the "Traveling Home Show" concept where open houses become a one-stop shop for buyers looking to meet real estate lawyers, mortgage professionals, contractors, and other vendors. Dawn also enjoys forming long-term relationships with buyers and making their dream of affordable home ownership come true. She is a graduate of Leadership Rockland and holds the esteemed GRI designation. When not working with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors throughout the Hudson Valley, she rescues shelter dogs, plays competitive trivia (Go Penguins!), and writes novels as D.M. Barr and nonfiction books and magazine articles under her own name.
