Buyer reviewDe Anna was able to fulfill the needs I requested and more. She was able to keep me emotionally in check for the house buying process and never gave up on me when things got rough. I am 21 years old and never thought I would be able to accomplish buying a lake home, but through De Anna she was able to guide me step by step! I highly recommend her to anybody in the house buying process! Prior to De Anna I spoke with another realtor who kinda made me feel uncomfortable due to my lack of expeirence in the house buying field, but also during the initial look of the house that realtor was afraid to get the feet dirty to show me the back yard.Then I met De Anna, De Anna wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty if needed, which immediately told me I was blessed with the proper realtor for the type of home I was looking into around the lake/woods.

Buyer reviewA few years ago we contacted the local office and asked to see a home. While we didn't buy then, we stored DeAnna's information as we were so impressed with her. There was no question we would contact DeAnna again and she would be our agent of choice to help us locate our perfect home and she did just that ! Excellent communication, timely response and follow up, very professional and best of all she SHOWED she CARED!!! We will be recommending her to family and friends. We love everything about DeAnna! DeAnna was great with her time. We looked at several houses and she never made us feel hurried, not even after the contract was signed during inspections. She was excellent at executing the many changes regarding the contract and negotiating the price and terms. We can't say enough good about our experience with DeAnna. We were selling two other homes, one in Broken Arrow Ok. and one in Jacksonville Beach Florida at the same time working with DeAnna. While satisfied with the other agents there was no comparison . To sum it up - DeAnna was a perfect match !!! Hands Down the BEST!
