Dean Kraner hails from the Midwest, specifically central Indiana, where he spent his formative years. In 2013, while searching for investment properties, Dean and his wife stumbled upon their "dream home" on the Gulf Coast. Captivated by the region's relaxed and friendly atmosphere, they made the life-changing decision to relocate in 2015. Since then, they have cherished their time on the Gulf Coast and have fully embraced the area's unique charm.
