As I was purchasing from out-of-state, the strong communication was invaluable. Buyer reviewWorking with Debbie was excellent. Comedians have joked about realtors having "fun mom energy". As first time buyers, that was a pretty apt description, and made for a very comfortable working relationship. Debbie cared a lot about getting us the right home and was always happy to provide as much or little feedback as we wanted. She was extremely accommodating to our less than ideal schedule, and frequently was able to secure short notice showings with an assistant if not herself personally. 10/10, would recommend.

We were first time home buyers and not only did she answer all of our questions, but she even gave us suggestions on things we should consider and ask during the home buying process. We learned so much from her. We could tell she was extremely knowledgeable on the local market. As a joke I asked if she could pull a list of Mexican restaurants in the area and within 15 minutes she emailed me a list of restaurants. I couldn't believe it. Any time we wanted to see a house she was ready to show us the home that same day! Morning, noon, or night she was extremely responsive and flexible with our schedules. She was always a quick call or text away. I knew she was good, but she exceeded all of the expectations we had. Thank you so much Debbie for making our home buying process easy and enjoyable.
