Buyer reviewDelani Derr cared about what I wanted in a new home. I felt that she put my interests first. I never felt pressured about a decision or as if all she cared about was making the sale. In fact, she was extremely helpful in pointing out factors that she knew could cause potential problems for me. She was on my side in wanting me to be happy with my home purchase. She was also extremely pleasant to work with, while being a total professional.

She was attentive and always quick to repsond, plus had flexibility to take me to any house that I sent her on a whim during this process. This is our first time buying a home and Delani could not have made it easier for us. I'm sure that she's the reason our offer was able to stand out amongst the others.
