I grew up in the Greenwood area and now reside in Morgan County. My husband, Joe, and I have raised two sons who have blessed us with grandchildren. When I'm not chasing the grandkids or embracing the country life, I indulge in my favorite pastime-music. My husband and sons play guitar and percussion, and I love joining in with vocals.
Before earning my real estate license, I spent 20 years in customer service at Eli Lilly. This experience honed my skills in due diligence and attention to detail, making me adept at navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. My honesty, caring nature, and excellent communication skills enable me to bring a strategic yet personable approach to meeting the buying and selling needs of my clients.
I am highly motivated to continually learn, grow, and develop as a Real Estate agent in this ever-changing market. I am passionate about helping you and your family find the right home, whether it's your first home, your dream home, or your downsized home.

Buyer reviewAny property that I wanted to see, she was quick at getting the viewing set up, any questions that I had, she would get the answer back to me in a timely manner. I will say that any needs or questions that I had she took care of without hesitation. she also had our backs covered even when it came to dealing with the loan company. I have recommended Denise to several people already. she genuinely cares about doing the best for her clients.

Seller reviewDenise was very knowledgeable, patient and communicative during the process of selling my home. She worked day & night and prioritized the sale of my home and all that came with the process. She had my best interest in mind while also making sure that the buyers had a fair outcome. She took her time in researching the correct amount to list my home and then made time to explain that research to me. The appraisal came back perfect because she took her time when determining that amount, based on the surrounding market. She provided me with all the tools/information necessary when it came to choosing the right timeline to list my home while also purchasing another (with her as my realtor during that process as well). If there was ever a moment where she was unable to answer a question, she utilized her resources/colleagues and got to back to me within a reasonable time.
