Buyer reviewWe wanted a smaller home in an active adult community. One of my closest friends lives in such a community, Summerlake, in Spotsylvania County. Knowing we did not currently have a Realtor, my friend introduced us to Denise Simmons. From our first meeting, Denise paid careful attention to our needs and desires. The path to our new home had some twists and turns. When Denise showed us the home we bought, we knew immediately it was right! Denise (or a close colleague, another amazing woman, Denise Smith) was with us every step. We are so thankful to have been able to work with her, and are looking forward to moving into our new home.
