I was licensed in Kentucky in 1982 as a sales associate. In 1984 I qualified for my Brokers License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principal Auctioneer. Over the last30 years I have become a leader in the real estate community throughout Kentucky. In 2001, I was named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS. Currently. Doug was able to tell us everything we needed from prices of similar houses in the area to expect at closing. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. He has been right there with us from the time we put our house on the market to the time we purchased a new house which was a year long process. He was always available anytime we had a question or wanted to see a house. He has been extremely patient with us, from a million questions to seeing a million different houses. He knew exactly what we were looking for and helped in everyway he possibly could. Doug Garner is the BEST! There is nobody else that compares. I have recommended him to several people I know that are interested in selling or buying homes. Doug came highly recommended to us and we will highly recommend him to anyone. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of selling and buying a home then you want Doug Garner!
