Born and raised in Honolulu, Dustin is a true product of the local environment here in the islands. Organization, reliability, and providing value to his clients are his guiding light as a real estate agent. Dustin strives to always provide honest and unbiased information to his clients when making difficult and potentially life-changing decisions. In addition to being a Realtor-Associate with Century 21 iProperties Hawaii, Dustin is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA #1221) who works full-time at Uyetake, Uyetake & Associates Inc. He is also currently working towards his Senior Residential Appraiser designation from the Appraisal Institute. Through appraising, Dustin sees a wide range of properties on a daily basis and has developed a keen eye for specific features, deficiencies, and renovations that affect property values on Oahu. Prior to his career in real estate, Dustin completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University majoring in psychology with minors in education and music. He then returned to Oahu and dedicated his time and efforts educating students in both private and public school settings. Dustin hopes to continue helping others chase their dreams and make a lasting positive impact in the community.
