Seller reviewIn my particular case I needed a realtor who would be very involved. Due to disability I was not able to be at the property. Added were complications with the property and town requirements that had to be addresses and solved. Ed was more helpful than I imagined any agent would be. He explained clearly what needed to be done, calmed a frantic first time seller, and was available EVERY time that I called. He also kept me informed about everything that was happening, almost as fast as they happened. In fact, if I had a question I would turn to Ed for information before approaching my own lawyer. Put simply, the sale of my home and I were first and foremost, and there was never any pressure to jump at the first offer. Ed got me the best offer that met MY requirements. I would use Ed Termini again, a would recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their home because he was, simply,, excellent.
