Buyer reviewWe had a property that we knew was going to be an extremely tough sell. In asking around Elaine was recommended by two people we know. One of them said that if we had a tough sell we should use Elaine because she was a shark. Elaine went above and beyond all our expectations to take the best care of our needs. We will recommend her to everyone we know until the day she retires. Elaine worked every angle she could find to ensure we had the best deal possible. Elaine has the patience of a saint. She was in constant contact with us and when things got a little stressful she was a calming presence. To quote my husband "if I were on a plane that suddenly lost all engines I would want Elaine sitting in the seat next to me"

Seller reviewAfter the sale we had I am surprised Elaine hasn't retired. The sale was a nightmare. She went above and beyond. I was unhappy with the financial result due to the listing but if it wasn't for her, I probably would be homeless.
