Buyer reviewEmily was FANTASTIC to work with when buying my home! She is extremely knowledgeable about the areas I looked into, collaborated with my lender and myself as often when needed, and was always there when I had any questions or concerns about anything. As someone who has never bought a home on my own before, she made the process run smoothly and advocated for me as a buyer every step of the way. I would recommend Emily to anyone buying or selling a home! She's awesome!

Buyer reviewThis was my first home buying experience and Emily made it as painless as possible! Emily provided great recommendations for local bankers for both the pre-approval and mortgage processes, and was great about house searches within some pretty picky parameters. As a first-time buyer, she provided excellent feedback on details that would have otherwise gone unnoticed by me (and would have turned into major headaches later on), and was quick in answering any questions that came up, whether related to the houses we looked at or legal docs at any step in the process. In what was at the time a very competitive, fast-paced market she helped me find a quality home I love, in a location super convenient to my work, and under asking price! Overall, Emily was very hands-on, great with communicating quickly and clearly, and was fun to work with!

Emily was timely with all responses and was quick to organize several showings when we first started looking. With Emily's guidance we were able to put in a successful offer on the first try when the market was still hot. Although it took us awhile to get to closing(on the seller's end) Emily kept us up to date weekly and helped us stay on top of all the logistics that come with purchasing a home. Emily's friendliness, persistence, and knowledge make her an easy recommendation to anyone!
