I learned an incredible amount about the home purchasing process, insights into the behind-the-scenes workings, and key points to look for while buying and selling properties. He always makes time to discuss about the task at hand, and always willing to offer additional resources when the limits of his abilities are reached (many partner companies and contracters for every service imagineable) We had some personal hurdles during our house hunt, but Eric was willing to work through all of that with us, and still provided an incredible level of service, and friendliness. He was resonable about showing us properties that would and would not fit our needs, and showed us some properties and deals that we otherwise might not have had access to with the public resources (Zillow, RedFin, etc.). The package he was about to work up for us with sellers was incredible, thanks to his negotiations. Huge thanks Eric!

Buyer reviewEric Hegre was a Veteran like myself and understood that side of things. He explained thing in ways I could understand. Mr. Hegre did not live in the area and did not know the Town. But I did, so what I needed is help though the buying process. It was my first time I bought a home. Mr Hegre drove from Dallas to Crockett Texas to help me in that area. He was friendly not just to me, but everyone in this small town as well. I would recommend him to anyone.
