Seller reviewErica stepped into a situation with a house that had been listed for 6 months already, but did not sell due to ongoing legal disputes between the two sellers. She quickly moved to get expectations set, formulate a reasonable plan, and followed up by monitoring the execution of that plan. We received a full-price offer within 2 weeks of listing. There were further negotiations with the buyer pursuant to home inspection. Erica worked tirelessly to ensure those negotiations kept the purchase contract on-track to maintain the tentative closing date. Due in large part to Erica's efforts, the closing occured as originally scheduled and went very smoothly. A difficult job that was very well done on Erica's part.
