If I have to purchase again, she's the one I'd go to. From start to finish the process took awhile because we wanted to make a lot of improvements. She made every effort to quicken the sale. We actually offered on it with out seeing it in person Erin did a walk through over FaceTime with us and once we get all the Reno done I think we will have a great home
