My older home needed work and Faye - along with Century 21 online - were tremendous in guiding me when fixing my home, presenting, capturing and retaining the buyer all the way to closing - June to August. With preparation and hard work we successfully received $11K over asking. Placed on MLS Thursday afternoon -- and we had the over-bid the following Monday night.

When our For Sale By Owner deal fell through, Faye asked me to list my home with her and promised to sell within a few months. It sold within three weeks of listing with her! Faye had a constant flow of prospective buyers. Amazing! True to her word. I was thrilled how quickly she sold my home. I will recommended Faye to anyone in need for a realtor!

Buyer reviewFaye contacted me to look at new homes/condos even though my home was for sale by owner. She was pretty much always available for us. Faye was always right on top of everything - moving the purchase and closing right along. The Best! Faye was always right there for us ~ even after we closed, there was an issue with the plumbing. She contacted the seller's agent and the issue was corrected.
