Gabriela Pena of CENTURY 21 North East

I have known Gabriela for many years through acquaintances in our city. I've always respected her drive and professionalism as I've seen her develop a few business ventures and etc. I originally just reached out to her for some questions on the market with no plans on buying so soon but coincidentally, a great investment opportunity arose for my dad and I and Gabriela was willing and ready to help us get on track since the start! This was my first experience ever investing or going through the process of buying and she was so informative through every step - even when I had "silly" questions, she never hesitated to explain and help me understand. Her being bilingual is a very big factor as well due to my dad being mainly proficient in Spanish. He, as everyone does, was taking every step of the process seriously and people don't always go the extra mile to make sure everything is being translated properly and everyone involved is up to speed. Gabriela, took the time to check in with my father and make sure he was aware and understanding of everything that was going on. I really appreciated that. Overall, Gabriela worked really hard and it didn't go unnoticed. Hopefully I'm at the closing table again soon, and I'd be happy to have Gabriela there with me.
