Seller reviewAfter my sister-in-law put in a referral, Geeta called us within 2 hours and made an appointment to meet with us the next day. She arrived on time and presented her portfolio to us. She was very relational and professional. She followed up promptly and we determined she was the correct fit to sell our home. Geeta was with us every step of the way from our February start to our August closing. She provided phone numbers for services needed (i.e. inspectors, stagers, gardners, movers) and helped us with needed appointments. After we left the area, Geeta was present at the house to meet service providers (i.e. cleaners and handyman) as final preparations for the sale took place. She provided beautiful visuals and videos of the home. She was knowledgeable about needed documents and walked us through all signings. Her guidance and expertise allowed us to get a higher price for our home than anticipated. We were thrilled with our experience and highly recommend her.

Seller reviewWe were looking for selling our home and had contacted a real estate agent. When we got into the process we realized that our real estate agent was not transparent and we were not informed of the key decisions. As this continues for couple of days and at last we had no option but to cancel our association with him/her. Things did not move for couple of months and one day we reached out to Geeta Phadte. We met Geeta in one of the open house in our area and were impressed by her. We discussed our case with Geeta and she explained us our different options at that point of time. We liked the info that Geeta shared and decided to go with her as our representative for selling home. The process of selling our home went very smooth. Geeta was very transparent, knowledgeable and had updated us for all the steps well in advance. Geeta made a strategy which worked in our favor. We received multiple no contingent offers. Geeta was able to sell our home at the highest price in that community. No other home (same size) was ever sold close to the price that we closed. It was beyond expectations. Seller reviewI have worked with Geeta in past as well while buying my previous houses. This time she helped in selling my current house. She is very good to work with, approachable, and easily accessible. This time she has gone above and beyond my expectation. I have to leave for India urgently for a family emergency. She took care of all the processes from start to end helping with paintwork, cleaning the home, staging work, showing the house, and finally closing and getting money transferred to me. She has very good support staff, seeing our house after staging and painting work, we ourselves wanted to buy it again. Being in India and working remotely with her, I don't think I could have done with any other agent. Thanks for all the help Geeta.
