Gina has lived, worked and played in southwest Wake County for nearly 30 years and is honored to call this beautiful, growing and exciting area home. As a commercial real estate specialist and Advanced Commercial Advisor with Century 21 Commercial® Triangle Group, Gina provides her clients with dedicated service and a unique knowledge base regarding entitlement review, zoning, and land use planning. She also brings a skill set including strong communication skills; her attention to detail; and the ability to understand and "translate" the many layers of zoning, land use regulations, and permitting processes. Gina will listen to understand your needs and wants then will guide you through the process of buying, selling, and/or leasing. Growing up in the southwest Chicago suburbs spawned her love for architecture and design and her full career in municipal government as a town planner, with 21 of those as the Director of Planning & Zoning in Holly Springs. As a planner, Gina guided the development of the Town working with developers, investors, and commercial real estate professionals in navigating the complex processes of municipal development review. Now as a commercial real estate broker, she is guiding business owners and investors in finding the perfect location for their business or investment, or working with them in the listing of their property for sale/lease. She then negotiates on their behalf to ensure that they get the best deal for their transaction and gets them to the closing table smoothly. She will always have your best interest at heart.
