Glenn Glakas of CENTURY 21 New Millennium

Glenn was great at finding homes for me to look at in a very dry market. He understood the process for the transaction but over that, he heard and took into account my need to stay in a specific school district and my downsizing requirements. All of this added to the difficulty but Glenn was able to navigate me into a new house with a smile on our faces. I would recommend Glenn to anyone who prefers to be a customer instead of just a commission. His local understanding of the market and the best people to work with for every part of the purchase are very valuable assets to someone who doesn't buy a home very often.

Glenn was referred to me by a buddy. I heard great things, and with my struggle to find a knowledgeable realtor, I gave him a try. From the first phone call, I knew things would be different. Glenn's understanding of the local market put me at ease when I was looking in unfamiliar areas and homes. He also listened and understood my goal and future game plan for my property and what I hope to achieve in the next 5 years. He allowed me to sit in the driver seat and wasn't ever pushing me to just make a sale. He took the time to drive me to multiple properties in the areas I liked with the homes I was looking for. He even found ways to get me into areas that I thought I was priced out of. He also gave me great guidance when explaining the buying/selling process and what to expect. This also included the folks he recommended for home inspections, etc. Sometimes I felt Glenn was more excited than I was when we were in pursuit of a home I really liked. I felt his passion for his work and always felt that he was in my corner 100%. My father was in real estate for 40 years, covering all areas of real estate with his companies. There are few realtors I would put on his level of knowledge and ability to do the impossible. Glenn is one of those people who is rare to find. His knowledge, and drive to make the impossible happen makes him by far, one of the best out there. I will DEFINITELY be using him again in the near future and have referred him to a few people I know are looking at the market. I only wish I had more money to buy again, because I would be calling Glenn and going on the hunt immediately! Best referral I have ever received! Glenn handled all of these things beyond excellent. He was ahead of the game and had a plan even before we reached the next step. I always felt at ease while going through the process with Glenn. A home purchase I always hear is stressful. Not with Glenn. I felt almost no stress when working with him. Once again. Beyond excellent. Glenn is on my speed dial for the next property. That should say enough!
