Seller reviewMy wife and I feel very lucky to choose Grace from Century 21 to help us sell our first house we had in our life. Because of Grace, we can sell our house with little effort as she did so much of the work for us. Grace went above and beyond the scope of an agent's work. She treats us like a family and took care of all of our home selling needs. She made me feel I am in good hands while we are out of state trying to settle in our own new home. Her understanding and emphasis of the value of our house attracted buyers who truly liked the house like we did. Grace respected us and makes sure we make every decision on our own while she provides her inputs on our options. Buyer reviewGrace is respectful, approachable, and a great communicator which made our whole home buying process filled with ease and joy. Grace has the gift of understanding our needs and wants. As a first time home buyer, we have minimal knowledge of the home buying process and sometimes are in doubt of what we truly want. Grace knows what's best for us base on what we've told her, yet she still showed us all the options of houses on the market according to our price range and interest. She answered many of our questions promptly and accurately. After purchasing the house, she called and came over to check on us if we needed any help in the moving process.
