She helped me to find a rental house when I expatriated to USA, helped me to purchased a house for my own stay and helped me to sell the house few years after I was relocated back to Singapore, which has been extremely challenging because of the distance, but Grace has made the process so much smoother. Grace is more than real estate agent, she went above and beyond her role to assist whenever I needed to, and her love and care for my family is the reason why we didn't consider any other agent. A respectable senior, Grace's is a faithful servant of God who contributed most if not all her agent fees to God's family. Seller reviewOur house is flooded in 2017 by hurricane Harvey, Over these three years, Grace helped us find the best contractor fix house, rent house out at tough market time and eventually helped us sell the house this year. She is a very trustworthy agent. As the sell who live far away from the house I sold, she is the best agent to deal with. All I need to do is to give her Key, she took care of the rest. She is very patient and polite, has a lot knowledges about the house market. She think about what we need and won't care to take extra mile/work to help us fix house. She is the best best agent.
