Seller reviewI contacted Gurvinder after noticing a property was pending in my subdivision after only a few days. I had started to work with a friend who is a realtor, but the value given on my house was $68k less than the house Gurvinder was marketing. I initially contacted him for a second opinion and I decided to list with him. My house sold quickly and I was very pleased. I refer to him as The Golden Boy.
