Joe Younger has spent his entire life pursuing excellence in Real Estate. Through dedication and perseverance, Joe has earned success as a Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, Realtor and Professional Real Estate Broker.

​​Joe received his Broker's license in 2004, and has owned and operated his own Real Estate Brokerage starting in 2006. Having owned a large national franchise, Joe quickly realized that he wanted to provide a more personalized approach to helping clients meet their goals. Joe ensures that the experience buyers and sellers have with both him and the agents of the office provide the highest level of service possible.

As the Broker of Record at Century 21 Home Advisors, Joe uses his more than 20 years' experience in real estate brokerage to attract talented and capable professionals that are interested in building careers in our industry. As a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Joe has proven himself as a capable Broker that understands what it takes to be successful in real estate. In addition to being faculty at LCAR, Joe serves as adjunct professor at the Harrisburg Area Community College. Joe is also involved with The Board of Realtors at the state and local levels, serving on multiple committees including Professional Standards.

Joe's dedication to education and drive for success are two of the key elements in his career. Having spent most of his life as a student of the industry, Joe has studied under the Country's best managers, coaches, and mentors. These experiences and a strong national network have given Joe a distinct advantage in the business. Joe utilizes his unique teaching style to educate students and push his agents to achieve extraordinary results. His process has proven to equip both his students and agents with the tools to create long term success.
