As a Certified Relocation Specialist, I enjoy assisting others as they move to and from Texas! Providing Fact Finding trips to those who need to get to know an area before deciding where to settle or making sure a homeowner that is being relocated has the best possible experience listing their home partnering with the seller on all the details and providing high end marketing, photography, and staging services!
I also love serving the military service members with a Military Relocation Professional Designation. I am equipped to assist those on transfers or simply starting the home buying or selling process. As an Accredited Buyers Representative, I provide relentless negotiation skills to ensure that buyers are comfortable and educated when purchasing their next home!

Residing in Mckinney with my husband Jay , we have 3 adult children, Katie married to Daniel and expecting our first grandchild! Buyer reviewHeather was amazing when we spoke. She was very attentive to our family's needs and she made sure we were taken care of! She is also very kind and followed up on any issue we were having. Buyer reviewHeather was the only real estate agent that contacted us when we were searching for houses to rent in Anna, TX. I had put in a request on realtor.com to get information, and Heather was the only one to contact me about it. She worked hard in showing us different houses to look at, and worked hard to get us the deal for our rental. She also was able to help us out when we were locked out of our rental (and she was on vacation!). We liked her work so much, we even used her to help us coordinate our wedding. We knew that we could trust Heather and depend on her for anything, so when looking for a house, she was the person we were going to be using. Heather was phenomenal in our home buying process. She was knowledgeable about the contracts and house exchange, and explained every process each step of the way. She made sure that our house was cleaned, and when it wasn't, she went out of her way to find a cleaner to clean it appropriately. She also offered lists of different inspectors to choose from, and was excellent in handling money and contracts. Even though she worked from the Plano area, Heather would drive over an hour to the Bonham area to show us houses, and to work with the real estate agent and the title company. Heather was always very professional and friendly. She was very trustworthy and dependable. I knew I could email her or text her and have a reply back within 24 hours. She was always very open in the process, and would communicate with us when there was a problem, or if a process was taking longer than expected. She was very knowledgeable of the entire process, and help the people she worked with to the same standards. We only dealt with Heather Baker during our home buying process, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We loved our experience and know that when we're looking to sell and buy another house, we will be using Heather Baker again.

Buyer reviewHeather researched and just showed me what I wanted to see. She kept my budget in mind. I felt the whole time that what I wanted and needed was more important to her then her commission. She always looked beautiful, pleasant to be around, always on time. And very honest. She took my calls, answered my text and e-mail in a very timely manner. And always had the answer and always made me feel I was no problem to her. I am 73, and have bought and sold a lot of property, and have never been more pleased with a realtor. I have already recommend Heather Baker, to 2 people. She was a joy to work with.
