Seller reviewAlthough we had a prior personal relationship with Heather, our choice to select her as our agent was driven by two primary factors outside of our relationship -- her turnover rate of homes in our unique area, and her prior experience of recent sales in our same subdivision. We knew she would be transparent with us regarding our sale and had the proven experience. While the sale of our property took almost 6 months, longer than expected, we did list the property during the slow holiday season and were actually under contract for more than half that time. Various circumstances prevented the sale to previous buyers, but in the end her expertise got our home sold -- and to the perfect family eager to make new memories.
