Prior to entering real estate, Hillary was a Sr. Project Manager for Tesla Energy. Hillary has managed numerous large-scale construction projects, from sales and contract negotiations to design and installation. She is most proud of her disaster relief projects in Puerto Rico following hurricane Maria as well as her contributions to the remote communities in Samoa and American Samoa. These experiences have continued to cultivate Hillary's desire to help others and advocate for sustainable home solutions. Hillary now resides in Manassas Virginia and is an active real estate investor in New York and Virginia. Hillary's network of real estate investors, contractors, inspectors and more has expanded her knowledge and experience in buying, renovations, rentals and project management. Hillary shares this knowledge to assist and educate home buyers looking to make the best investment. Outside of real estate, Hillary enjoys spending time outdoors, boating on the Potomac River, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with her dogs and skiing in the winter. Hillary attended SUNY ESF on the Syracuse University Campus where she received a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science with a foucs in Renewable Energy and Sustainable Construction Managment.
