Former owner of Derby Village store for twenty years. I have been a Realtor since 2002. My wife and I live in Derby and have a summer cottage on Seymour Lake. Downhill skiing, hunting, and the love of Standard bred horses and Dachshunds, and spending time at the lake is what I enjoy.

Howard really understood the type of home I was looking for and because I resided in another state and had limited time on each visit to Vermont, I appreciated that he only showed me homes that were appropriate. Once I found my dream home, Howard acted promptly to get my offer presented to the seller before another offer was accepted. Having an agent who returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner was much appreciated.Thank you Howard and Century 21 Farm and Forest for a very pleasant experience in finding my new home.

He took care of everything in a timely manner and was beyond patient through the whole process. Howard was very flexible with my work schedule and had no problem meeting on the weekends to discuss anything that needed to be, he was a pleasure to work with and I'm beyond happy with the outcome of my experience with both Howard and Century 21.
