Buyer reviewI have been working with Idania Hernandez for a great deal of time. A very good friend shared their great experience with her, and at our first meeting I knew she was the right choice! She is very knowledgeable, she is patient, she graciously sets realistic expectations (to me that is what I sincerely appreciated the most), and she is repsonsive. I had other real estate agents prior to her who were only intersted in a super quick sale/super quick commission, and I felt like I was being rushed into one of the biggest purchases of my life--Idania was not at all like that and that's what ultimately led me to work with her. She goes above and beyond during the house hunt and in the crazy sprint to closing. Idania's professionalism, due diligence, and kindness has added me to her roster of pertpeual clients. I also tell as many people as I can about her when I find out they are in need of a real estate agent: Work with Idania, you will not be disappointed!!

We were moving from out of state and she went above and beyond to work with our schedule of when we would be in town to look at properties in person. She is very knowledgeable about the DFW area, and we greatly appreciated her help in all other aspects of finding the perfect home for our family.
