I got to know about Ihab from a friend referral. During our first meeting with Ihab, it did not take too much time to realize how polite, well behaved and patient individual he is. During the course of house hunt he demonstrated these qualities again and again. Ihab was never pushy and always understanding. He always worked with our price. His communication style is very sober and at times he has taken tough stand when required. He is quick to respond and he is always available regardless of day of the week and time of the day. He is very thorough in real estate laws, practices, rules and regulations. He is meticulous in drafting contract and keeping terms of the contract simple yet taking all buyer's interests and needs into account. His immense knowledge and experience in the field has helped tremendously in closing our house. He has been a constant help and support during inspection, escrow tasks and closing. We hope to work with Ihab again and will provide our strong recommendation to others.
