Buyer reviewI needed to find a new home in a relatively short time. I really wanted to move to Ocean County NJ to be closer to the shore life. I also wanted to downsize to a ranch property for easier maintenance. Ivone Ventura was extremely helpful providing me with guidance on what was available in Ocean County. She was available for multiple showings each weekend. This was important to me as I was living in northern Jersey. Ivone provided good advice when it came time to make an offer on this property. The offer was accepted within two days. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience of the hunt for this house. Ivone made the journey less stressful and more enjoyable than I imagined.

I made the decision about which house to buy based on their input and opinions. Coming from California, I needed to be educated on real estate lawyer selection and Ivonne brought the best home inspector that I could imagine!
