Seller reviewJim was great to work with. He kept us updated and he took care of everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. We don't live in the state where the property was and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be performed. Jim, on his own, on his own time and without asking for pay, he took his tractor and handled to problem. We only learned about it after the fact. I not only am not personal beer drinking friends with Jim but I've never met the man. All of our dealings have been by phone or by email. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff.
