Seller reviewThis is the second time James Arehart has helped me sell a house. First my mother's in Weirton. This time it was my home in Newell, WV. The first buyer backed out after her lender delayed closing several times, and I was disheartened to say the least, but James encouraged me that it would just take time. He helped in so many ways with things that were not included in the contract, and has become a friend. I trust him, and I would recommend him to anyone!
