Buyer reviewI would recommend Jim Fico to anyone who is looking for their perfect home. He will hear you and he won't let you decide on something that he knows you won't like. He also won't let you make a bad purchase and will let you know the downside of each home and remind you how important it is to buy the right home. He always has a smile and humor and his patience with us....we looked at over 30 homes, sometimes 6 in one day. He was always up for it and had all the MLS reports ready to go in order. When a problem arised, he handled it with utmost confidence and made us feel at ease. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had buying a home or anything for that matter. Thank you Jim!
